Great Northern Sweet and Delicious

Until last week, sea buckthorn was a brilliant skin product. Now it’s out new favourite desert. The sea buckthorn tarte tastes sweet and sour, like passion fruit with a pumpkin colour.  The crust is butter cookie - yes, that's right, butter cookie, relentlessly awesome. The cinnamon bun is a triumph with brilliant cinnamon flavour, not too sweet, layered between knots of really moist, delightfully soft bread.
