Yo Sushi, Flatiron NYC

Conveyor belt sushi finally makes it to NYC. As the original 24-7 city, can’t believe this idea didn’t make it here sooner.  Everything trundling around the place is not only tantalizingly just an arms reach away, it is also super fresh- the edamame is finished with rock salt, spring onions and a hint of garlic. The thin sliced steak has a light chimichuri (Japanese version) sauce, and the cucumber roll was on fresh soft nori. Chicken katzu curry? We went from Hangry to massively happy in seconds.
