Fette Sau, Williamsburg

Vegetarians and vegans, look away now. This is the high pro glow writ large. Even the baked beans have pork and beef in them… (so good) Cara kills it with her broccoli salad and Dante brings it with his potato salad, but the stars of the show are the meat. We had Canadian wild boar, brisket and pork ribs.  The boar was notably, superbly awesome. We washed it all down with The People’s Zin, a Zinfandel from CA, a delicious and yet socially responsible and sustainable wine.  I don’t know how, but we were hungry again the next day…. We live to eat.
