Ki'Bok Coffee, SMA Mexico

The best ice coffee we've ever had at Ki'bok Coffee SMA. They use beans from Chiapas or Veracruz for the ice coffee. We had the Chiapas- so rich, rounded and earthy. You know how some ice coffee is really light and kind of pings in your mouth? Not that. Fairly criminal to add milk to it, but old habits die hard.
