Blue Morning Glory Sticky Rice? Why? Because it's amazing. Cooked overnight in coconut milk and a handful of morning glories from Chef Kyo Pang’s parents' house in Malaysia, the rice is served in a banana leaf with toasted coco sugar on top and a hint of pandan to balance the sweet. As gorgeous as it sounds. The perfectly soft boiled eggs have a flavour dash of shiitake infused soy sauce. And the toast...with the coco jam…just one of those experiences where you have to pace yourself otherwise you’ll eat it all in 3 bites. We had to save the Mah-Jong noodles for next time.
