Snowdays

Shaved snow is a cross between a shaved ice and ice cream. You feel like your eating space food, if food in space tastes this good. Snowdays uses Hudson Valley 1% milk, which they flavor and turn into a block of ice that creates the fluffy, delicious snow. We had Yeti Tracks, their house flavor, which is blueberries and Oreo cookies and is this cool aqua color. Our berries were prefect and we loved the condensed milk drizzle and mochi bits on top.
