5 different types of broth, perfect al dente noodles, rich shoyu, tender chasu and warm friendly staff that always make you feel like a local. With just a few stools and a few tables, the main space taken up and rightly so with the mighty cooking area. Ramen is our current mistress, she’s firm but fair.
