Pizza Moto, under the BQE never tasted so good

Just like its hybrid location under the BQE on the border of Red Hook and Carroll Gardens, Pizza Motto looks like it’s part foundry, and definitely part super cool hang out. The sourdough pizza crust adds a great tangy balance to the lovely mozzarella and tomato and the Chinese inspired cucumbers were so fresh on such a hot day. Everything is gorgeous and flavored with nuance, flavors and textures come elegantly through, nothing is over salted. It’s so cool we want to go every night.
