Nha Trang Centre

Everyone’s got their spot and Nha Trang Centre is ours. You can get more artisanal, you can get more fancy, but where can you get super yummy Vietnamese food with such a mix of people. Seems like everyone who works at city hall goes there, must be in some tourist books because they show up. Its the NYC jam, fast, good, mixed crew, everyone leaves full and happy. It was just too hot for Pho when we went in. Had our favorite Bun Cha Gio, cold rice vermicelli with pickles, vegetable and spring rolls, our other favorite summer rolls with tofu and… the guava sweets by the till. Always a pleasure, never a chore.
