Summer never tasted so good. “Why trust one drug and not the other,” says Danny the Drug Dealer in Bruce Robinson’s classic “Withnail and I”, and he’s right, but it’s all about provenance and intention. With so many awesome farm stands and farmers in the East End giving us an embarrassment of riches this time of year, Balsam Farms really stands out. Incredible produce and exceptional farmers. Our eyeballs got us in, but then our taste buds went crazy.
