Estia's Little Kitchen, Sag Harbor

Roadside Americana is a disappearing but Estia’s is keeping it alive in Sag Harbor. Best breakfasts, beautiful garden, easy to park. Downside? It’s small and there can be a wait. There is an overall Mexican influence to all the dishes, which just makes them even that much better. We had George’s Ranch, an open face tortilla with eggs, in honor of our local friend Berns. It’s his favorite and now its ours. We also had the shrimp quesadilla. Simple, yet gorgeous. Definitely try their house made salsas. The local, fresh ingredients really take it to a new level.
