Noodles, noodles, noodles, all soba noodles. Hot or cold, spicy or mellow. Noodles for every mood, and noodles are almost always our. We had the Yokozuna with warm dipping sauce. Loved that you can add your own butter and garlic. Rich and hearty, makes you feel like you’re at an inn in the middle of Japan in the winter and it’s snowing outside. We also had the Bang Bang noodles, which were crunchy, tangy, spicy and ridiculously fresh. Cold soba heaven.
